Marty Collins
Founder, CEO, Director of Photography

Marty Collins founded Digital Media Factory in 2004. He brings over 30 years of experience in management, creative development, and television and motion picture production. Marty's vision to create impactful content and to lead the way in the digital market is behind what the Digtal Media Factory stands for today. 

Ginny Mitchell
Founding Partner, Executive Producer

With an apparent love for her community in Santa Cruz, CA, Ginny has taken her 25 years of experience in the music industry to produce several popular films and events like Santa Cruz Live and Girls from Santa Cruz. Ginny helped her husband, Marty Collins found the Digital Media Factory and helps run the musical and creative aspects of the Corporation today.

Edward (Ned) R. Hearn
Founding Partner, Attorney

When Digital Media Factory was being founded there were three people sitting at the table.  Ned was one of them.  As an attorney, Ned's client list is vast, ranging from recording artists to delivery companies.  But the one thing he makes sure of is that Digital Media Factory stays a well oiled, fully functioning machine.

Renee Godette
VP Marketing

Renée brings a 20 year track record of results in corporate marketing.  Having worked with Global 500 companies, her core expertise is in the creation of compelling, innovative branding campaigns that translate into business growth.  Raising a teenager, Renee keeps a great sense of humor and positive energy in the Factory.

Feron McGurrin
Visual Effects Supervisor

A guru of all things Post-Production and Visual Effects, Feron began his career as a video editor, specializing in action sports, fitness videos, and documentary filmmaking.  His work can be seen in various IPTV shows, feature films, and corporate advertisements.

Jerry Sadin
Production Manager

Jerry spent over 20 years in and around Silicon Valley leading technical service and software development teams at large and small software and hardware companies. He handles production management, project development and operations when he's not behind a camera or working on the set.

Mitch Sakolsky
Floor Director

A true New Yorker, Mitch has a work attitude like no other.  His eye for creative solutions has made him an invaluable rescource at Digital Media Factory and a successful stage manager overall.  Aside from his work here, Mitch's client list includes ABC, NBC, CBS, Citibank, Merrill Lynch, NBA Entertainment, The Daily Show, Starz, and more.

Robin Macomber
Audio Post Manager, DMLF Director

Robin is an audio production and post-production editor with over 20 years of recording experience in both digital and analog studios as well as 28 years of professional musicianship. He has a strong passion for teaching and is the executive director of the Digital Media Learning Foundation (DMLF).

Pete Biggam
Digital Signage Creative Director

Pete has more than a decade and a half of Advertising and Marketing experience under his belt.  With skills in a wide variety of mediums, he has sought to bring new age media to your front door.  Acting as the CMO of the Digital Signage Factory, Pete makes sure no content goes unseen.

Patrick McNett
Digital Signage Sales Director

Patrick found himself at Digital Media Factory after having worked as an entrepreneur for the past ten years, starting multiple businesses and finding success in the field of media integration and digital signage consulting.  He's currently the COO of the Digital Signage Factory.

Chuck Woodson
Stage Manager

Our very own military buff, Chuck has been working in the Film and Production industry for nearly two decades.  His creative outlook in film and animation has allowed him to dive into several categories of production, leading to the creation of everything from horror films to educational childrens shows. And don't let that "military buff" stuff fool you, he's a softy at heart.
